Nothing Like Old Friends!

A couple of weeks ago, Chris and I went into Vancouver for a teaching conference. We spent the night with my dear friend Erin and her family. They got a babysitter and the four of us went out to a fabulous restaurant called "Chambar."

Halloween

The girls were "Elsa" from the movie "Frozen" and a cheerleader this year. The weather gods worked hard for us! It was pouring rain in the morning, and then cleared right up for Trick or Treating. As usual, we did our neighbours as many of them buy special treats, and then met some friends at their house to do more Trick or treating. It seemed a lot quieter out there this year! We always watch with finishing fireworks from our deck.
